Invitations to the annual TC-sponsored appreciation picnic luncheon were extended to all 20 of the tenants in the McCormick Pavilion — a continuation of a new summer tradition established last year. Many of them joined TC staff and the rector on this lovely summer day to enjoy good company and the “best of Sodexo” cookout fare. The tenants, whose applications for leases have to be approved by the Archdiocese of Washington, DC, represent noble causes in each of their missions, and TC is pleased to be able to help accomodate their goals by providing custom office space and personal attention under the direction of facilities manager, Tim Murphy. The new rector, Rev. Gerald McBrearity, PSS, took the ocassion to meet and thank all those assembled whose great work in service of the Church contributes to the unique milieau at Theological College.
